Shandong Yaocheng New Materials Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2013. This company was newly established with its direct investment by Shandong Tianhao Steel Co., Ltd., which has taken charge of making and selling metallic materials for the last 10 years. Sits besides the beautiful and abundant Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. Its stronghold in Tainan Industrial Park in Jiantouji Township of Taierzhuang District neighbors National Road 206 and connects Wannianzha Pivotal of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal to the north and Beijing-Taiwan Freeway and Beijing-Shanghai Express Railway in the west, enjoying great convenience in transportation.

The company is a producer with high technology specializing in anti-corrosive, high-temperature resistant austenite, stainless steel pipes, nickel alloy pipes, titanium alloy pipes and complex metallic pipes, while taking charge of production, research and development for stainless steel pipes in 18M or more.

In the company’s project, the area of the land is about 199,998m²and the area of factory buildings reaches about 16,578m². The company plans for the increasing construction of its production factories are to total of 5 buildings during the third quarter, and the plan for the first quarter has been recently finished, and the plan for the second and third quarter is under development. Cold rolling and cold drawing production sites, cold extension and drawing production sites, acid cleaning production sites were built during the first quarter, and JOCE stainless welding pipe production sites are planned to be built in the second quarter and CPE seamless pipe production sites will be constructed in the third quarter. The company’s total investment reaches 780 million yuan (about 130 billion won), and the first phase has already been completed with the investment of 220 million yuan. The annual production of seamless stainless steel pipe is 15,000 tons, the annual production of stainless welding pipes for the second phase reaches 45,000 tons, and the annual production of alloy stainless steel pipes for the third phase will become 200,000 tons.

In addition, complete quality management system has been established and will continue to be in operation. Advanced manufacturing equipment and sophisticated detection methods enable us to provide world-class products, receiving rave reviews from experts of Central Iron & Steel Research Institute.

Currently, the Company possesses one 93m natural gas smelter up to 1,180℃ equipped with subsonic gas burner and pulse digital burning control, providing flexible and accurate temperature control in total 7 segments including heating and heat preservation. Besides, Yaocheng also boasts IDEA NDT equipment integrating Eddy current and ultrasonic, providing powerful features including data recording and analyzing supported by signal to noise ratio ≥4dB, false acceptance rate of 0%, false positive rate ≤1％, applicable for tubes with outer diameter of 10 - 220 mm. The equipment line up also includes 8 cold pilgering mills of LD160S, LG120H, LG90H, LG60H, LG30H, LG20H, LD20H and 4 cold drawing mills of 500T, 300T, 200T and 100T. The company is planning to have 13 sets of cold rolling machines in total by May 2015.

Our offerings have various seamless stainless steel tubes for heat exchanger with specifications in three categories of OD: 2-25 mm, thickness: 0.2-3 mm, and length: ≤35000mm; OD: 108-168 mm, thickness: 0.2-16 mm, and length: ≤12000mm; OD: 0.05 mm and thickness: 0.05 mm; as well as seamless stainless steel tube for other purposes, with specification of OD: 6-813mm, thickness: 0.5-60 mm; length: ≤15000mm and precision of 0.05 mm.
